What is to be filled in the field 'Stipend/Fellowship/Pay' ?
The amount of pay that you will be receiving from the program for which you are requesting accommodation. Incase of Interviews you can type in '0' (zero).
What do you mean by 'Validating Autority', 'Authority Name' and 'Authority Email'?
Validating authority is the person who has offered Internship/Project position or offered a Call letter in case of MS & Ph.D. Interviews. In the 'Authority Name' field fill in the name of the Validating authority and in the 'Authority Email' field fill in their email.
